Professional Experience
I have over twenty years experience as a psychotherapist, coach, and mediator; educator and trainer; and consultant to leaders and teams. I have helped individuals, couples and teams identify, develop, and integrate the various aspects of themselves, their interpersonal relationships, and their team processes. I trained masters-level helping professionals as a full-time faculty member for the University of St. Thomas & Saint Catherine University, School of Social Work for 11 years.
Integrated expertise from various professional disciplines.
I hold masters degrees in social work (MSW) and business administration (MBA), and a doctorate in organization learning and development (Ed.D.). I received my Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) licensure in 1992.
I have numerous assessment tools in my tool kit that can be brought to bear for individual and team understanding and change: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator expertise, EQ-i (Emotional Quotient Inventory) certified, Spiral Dynamics certified, Polarity Management certified, member of the Purpose Project Guild (Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota), and more.
